Help with Canadian Museum/Geocaching Project

I work for a small regional museum on Southern Georgian bay in Ontario. We would like to find someone who would be willing to take a Travel Tag with Travel Bug attached and set it free in China with the destination of our home town.
There is a historical element to this, so please contact me for details!

Hi CTI,
We would like to help you to put TBs in China. If your TB size is not too big and only just one to put, we could manage to put it in some caches in Shanghai. But in China, caches are frequently muggled. We will try to put your TB in the safest cache, but we could not ensure the safety of the TB.

You want your TB travel around China or just drop in China? Which city you want to start?

Thank you very much for responding! I really appreciate it.
This Travel Bug would be attached to a Huron Doll as a part of a history lesson for school children from our region.
The the 1600s the Jesuits were in this region working with the Huron people to try to convert them to Christianity.
Their mission in the region failed and they left in 1650. This region remained uninhabited until 1701 when another First Nation (indian tribe) came here. There is a story of one of the Jesuit fathers who left this mission and eventually was stationed in China. There, he ran into a Huron woman from our region who was serving as a slave to some explorer I presume. It was most unfortunately common practice to baptize indians and then have them serve others. It is a sad story but an important one to tell. We would like to send a small (10 cm tall) doll with a travel tag attached to China, have it logged in a geocache there and then have it make its way back to our community. Along the way we want to blog or web page her travels beyond her travel page with geocaching.com and have school children follow her as she makes her way home. Something which the orginal woman never did get to do. There is a link about her story here:

It is most unfortunate that geocaches get muggles so often. How many caches are in China currently?
We currently have almost 8000 in Ontario alone. I am not sure how many are in Canada overall. I just got into this over the past two years with my children and am really enjoying it.
